How long does production take?

Our target production time is approximately 24–48 hours after payment and artwork or proof approval. Complex orders or artwork issues can require additional time.

How long does shipping take?

Production and USPS transit are separate. USPS Ground Advantage currently lists an estimated 2–5 business days after shipment. Actual timing depends on the selected service, ZIP code, weather, holidays, and USPS conditions.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico through USPS. Delivery time can vary by ZIP code and carrier conditions.

Do you ship throughout the United States?

Yes. We ship throughout the United States through USPS.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available for the selected USPS service, it is provided after your order ships.

Can I see my sticker before production?

The online editor provides a live preview. For self-service orders, the Final Artwork you save and review is the approved production artwork. Professional design-service orders receive a first design proof within 24–48 hours after we receive the order and design information.

What artwork files can I upload?

The online editor supports PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, and SVG files. PDF is not currently supported for preview or editing in the online editor.

What happens if my artwork is blurry?

We may pause production and request a better file if artwork is too low-resolution for the selected print size.

Can you design my sticker for me?

Yes. Optional services currently include Basic Art Adjustment for $15, Basic Sticker Design for $35, and Create Artwork From Scratch for $60. The editor remains available for customers who want to create their own design.

Can I change the design after approval?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after production begins.

Will printed colors exactly match my phone or monitor?

Screen displays and printed materials can vary. We aim for accurate production, but monitor and device color can differ from the final print.

What sticker material do you currently offer?

Gloss is currently listed for Custom Round Stickers and Custom Die-Cut Stickers. Product Labels currently show size and quantity options; see the specific product page for current availability.

What sizes and quantities do you offer?

Options depend on the sticker product. Each product page shows its current size and quantity selections.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not advertise free shipping. Applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout.
